Riverwood Mansion
If you are looking for a private ceremony at a majestic mansion with formal gardens, then Riverwood Mansion is perfect. Riverwood is a 1790’s historic mansion with charming gardens and beautifully detailed interiors. It is one of the most stunning locations for an intimate wedding in Nashville. From the sculpted gardens to the formal parlors, the history and majesty of Riverwood will take your breath away and create gorgeous pictures for your wedding. The chaplain and floral is included in the elopement package. For just a fraction of the price, elopement couples will enjoy the same venue that a $30,000 wedding would receive: from getting ready, ceremony, cake cutting & wedding toast, to the grand exit down the front staircase. It’s an experience like no other!
Drakewood Farms
If you are in love with the country and shabby chic decor we thoroughly recommend Drakewood Farm. Drakewood features a one-of a kind ceremony site in the woods, sweeping fields for sunsets, and an upscale rustic barn. Drakewood offers multiple ceremony sites to choose from, including its most popular Wedding in the Woods. Couples can choose from customized packages for destination weddings that can include wedding coordinator, officiant, photography, and sound system.
Andrew Jackson’s The Hermitage
The Hermitage, the former mansion of President Andrew Jackson offers a sense of history and beautiful grounds for your elopement ceremony. Hermitage elopements are intimate, stress-free, and spontaneous, The Hermitage staff creates an effortless package that will help bring together all the details of your big day.
Cheekwood Estates & Gardens
Looking for something a bit more romantic? Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Cheekwood Estate & Gardens as the backdrop to your ceremony. Cheekwood has become one of Nashville’s top destinations for eloping. Elopement packages are available for ten guests or less, and include free admission to the grounds and parking. This package is available Tuesday-Friday from 9am – 5pm, for 3 hours. You may choose any location in the gardens or grounds for a standing-only ceremony.
Barn in the Bend
Nestled “in the bend” of the Cumberland River is this little haven of the countryside. The Barn in the Bend sits atop a 40-acre farm with views in all directions. When you look to the west and the reds and oranges of the setting sun you will see the distant skyline of Nashville. Gazing to the north another beautiful skyline of the hills and lights of the little town of Goodlettsville TN, and the east faces beautiful fenced pastureland dotted with cattle and horses. This family farm has been in operation since the early 1940s, first as a dairy farm and as a horse and cattle farm for the last 20 years.
